I lied… new fixed fully functional Gigcast has been uploaded.

(Seems there was a problem with uploading the file and 1/2 the song, the report about the Toronto ComicGen meet-up and the ending was cut out. Instead of re uploading and messing with the feed, I’ll put out the Comic Gen report in the next Drive-by.
Thanks for understanding,
JT)
Um Yeah.. it is apparent from this mess of a show that Scott and I don’t have the answer, but who cares. Webcomic news, Hitchhikers Guide talk, we sort of discuss the WCC Award nominees (more next show) and a report about the ComicGen meet up at the upcoming Toronto Comic Convention.

You folks aren’t committed to thhgttg enough.
The chronology is:
– The first 2 seasons of the radio show (12 episodes)
– The first 3 books
– The recorded albums basically of the first 2 books
– The TV Show (6 episodes)
– The next 3 books
– The radio show versions of the last 4 books done by the original cast and with an ending more satisfying than the ending of “Mostly Harmless” that was basically what Adams had told them he intended for the book following “Mostly Harmless”.
– The movie.
of course, that chronology is British release. The order is slightly different here at home.
I have them all! Bwah HA HA!
And http://www.h2g2.com is still better than Wikipedia. I have an article in there about where I live.
________
I think you might be right about there being an old geek/new geek divide with thhgttg. Which is a shame, because Adams was one of the world’s best satirists and I’ve always thought that Adams’ work was a doorway to critical thinking.
