Webcomic Wire – 12/31/07

Drawn from sources waiting to bring in the new year…

  • Foxtrot takes on DMCA.
  • If you haven’t seen the webcomic battle site A4Q. Aside from some layout issues it does have a nice in browser preview system so you can see what you’re voting on and not have to navigate back to vote after following a link. It’s like Pringles, you can’t vote just once!
  • Free Comic Book Day rejects three webcomic related titles.  Poop on them and their flimsy reasoning!
  • The Mighty Tubularman blogs about the impact of webcomics in 2008.
  • The creator of Pear-pear has an interesting post about framing and speech bubbles.

Have a wonderful new year everyone!
